Having spent literally a lifetime as a performer,
broadcaster, public speaker and trainer, Lynn personally oversees
the creation and conduct of these workshops and individual
sessions. All sessions are highly interactive, participatory and
conducted on-site. Most of the workshops are one day in length
and have limited enrollment to insure maximum individual gain.
Workshops will be customized to address your specific concerns
and issues. Special programs can be created/tailored to address
special needs.
Lynn also appears
as a keynote motivational speaker, emcee, and facilitator for
building group/team consensus.

Limited to 10 participants, this full day workshop provides the
skills and insights to make a dynamic personal impact, organize
one's material for maximum effect, and interact meaningfully and
freely with the audience. Participants will make several
different presentations to the group, each building upon and
applying the techniques gained as the session progresses.
All will receive personal oral and video taped feedback.
Individual written evaluations can be included as a
follow-up.

This limited enrollment (8 participants) one-day program provides
the essential ingredients for consistently conducting a
professional and targeted interview with the media. Professional
presence and targeted messaging are covered, as well as
techniques for controlling the interview. In addition,
participants learn some of the interviewers' "tricks of the
trade". The session is highlighted by video and audio taped
role-play interview scenarios that simulate participants'
realities.

elements of professional presence, process and protocol, plus

Created for customer service and technical support personnel,
this workshop teaches participants how to prepare themselves
physically and mentally for peak performance, speak the caller's
language and hear what's really being said, and complete the
process to accomplish a "win/win" result.

Personality profiling, facilitation techniques and vision and
mission clarification are the primary components of these
programs. Customized to address the unique and specific needs and
cultures of each organization, approaches are developed on a per
client basis.
